• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: If a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• No portion of bets placed with bonus balance may be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• fmxbd bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an account is closed before bonus terms are met, any earned bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. For live betting, real-time odds are subject to change — if the odds change between a user's request and system confirmation, the user will be notified about confirming the bet at the new odds.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Result Delays

Any of the following actions may result in immediate account closure:

• Obtaining bonus or promotional benefits through any fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

7.2 Matched Betting and Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to withdraw bonuses risk-free by betting on opposite outcomes of the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the related bets will be cancelled and the bonus will be forfeited.
